Big M1ke
Speaking of the stuttering... I really don't know what causes it because just few months earlier, I had a computer that is way less good than my new one I have right now (only 256 megs of Sdram compared to 1gig of DDR right now) and only a geforce3ti200 cmpared to a Radeon 9600 right now.... but I'm having stuttering problem NOW and I didn't before with my old computer!! The problem is not the memory.. it must be the kind of video card you have probably.

krawhitham
the holes on the back of the glove do not line up with the holes on the front of the glove you might have to go with solid webbing

rossmac7
As soon as the site is back up I will be uploading my Brown and Black first basemans mits for people to test. I am hoping they are good enough to be included in the final version of MVP 06. That is up to the folks in charge of MVP 06 release

RaptorQuiz
an all aerosmith theme I like it I guarantee I have some aerosmith tracks 99% of you guys have never heard I was wondering if you guys had considered Filter's "Hey Man, Nice Shot" - it's a good song, and it was huge around baseball, especially during McGwire's 70 HR season. Also - those installer screens look good. Altho I thought 2x cyberfaces weren't gonna be optional. Oh well. I am curious tho - I know being able to tone down the faces and uniforms will help the people with slower machines or lesser video cards (like me)... but what would the benefit be of toning down the portaits? Do they affect game-speed as well? Or is that more of a disk-space issue? EDIT: Also - I keep seeing people reference ways to put in your OWN menu and/or walk-up music. Obviously I know it's possibly - but I wasn't able to find the actual program or method to do it - could somebody possibly point me in the right direction? Thanks! Sean O
Whoa, I can have players with two faces? rock. Kraw- is there any way you can make the datafile changes optional as well? I mean, it's nice to have all of those things in there, but I really liked where my settings were prior to installation, and having to re-install the datafiles with every new beta could get a teensy bit annoying. Otherwise, looking great.
krawhitham
they will take about the same space, within 5% I just do not want to be bug hunting for the next 6 months, give them all options I can so I do not have to deal with people who say the retail works great but this mod does not

I don't think there's much to be gained (diskspace or gamespeed) from downsizing the portraits, and only a few teams have 2x portraits anyway... And most of the portraits I'll do for the 06 season will be 2x as well

This mod will not touch that file. and a datafile in the data folder over rides the one in the datafile.big BTW there will only be two releases, the beta that is out and the final version. About the time the final version comes out, I will not be around the board much. I have to go to a job site for 6 months starting in late march. 14 hours a day 7 days a week

This mod will not touch that file. and a datafile in the data folder over rides the one in the datafile.big Alright that makes sense... but then my question is this: at one point in this thread somebody put up a datafile.txt (if I recall correctly) to help correct a problem with the pitching camera (#6) and something to do with overly slow outfielders... ...so does this mean the changes made in that .TXT file will be put in the datafile.BIG file for the final release? As in, in the final release there WON'T be a .TXT file? And why do I ask so many questions?
