Tomy23
I'm sure this is the easiest question ever asked here. I've got the file downloaded, now how exactly do I get it to work? Thank you very much to whoever responds.

HarleyRider
Here's another couple simple questions. 1. Would it be better to install this into a freshly installed version of MVP 2005? Because I have done some modifications although they aren't that important. 2. If I do install this now, will I need to re-install the "full" final version when it comes out again, or will there just be patches for the current version? I would really love to install the beta version now, but if I have to start all over again when the final version comes out I might just wait. Thanks for any help on this issue. And keep up the GREAT work you modders!!! Cheers!!!
Hoop27
Harley I was in the same boat you are in. I went and d/l'd it and it is well worht it despite there will be a new one here soon. the other good thing is it's another person "beta testing" (i cant think of a better term) the mod before the finished product comes out. and dude all the graphics upgrades are amazing! the stadiums are great, the uni's are great, the music is a little weak :D
otts21
I installed the mod last night and I must say it is fantastic. I did have one problem though. Some of the cyberfaces were a bit messed up. Roy Oswalt looked as though his face had been burned with acid and a couple of the Blue Jays had four eyes (two sets not glasses ). I assume this is just a bug from the install. So should I install it over top again, or should i reinstall on a fresh version?
The_Cards
But the question is how do you install it. i need help with it to.
otts21
I just clicked the .exe and when it asked me what folder, I sent it to the MVP 2005 folder and clicked ok. Then as it was updating my files I said to 'overwrite all' and let it do it's thing. I don't know if this is the default location of not, but mine was: C:/program files/EA SPORTS/MVP Baseball 2005/
HarleyRider
Okie-Dokie... I guess I'll give it a whirl. The only thing I'll miss, and I'm sure this mod will change it, is my pitch meter. I downloaded a mod that moves it over the catcher so I don't have to keep moving my eyes every time I throw a pitch. Cheers!!!

krawhitham
of that 28 MB 21 is KC uniforms If we change the music that would be another 30 MB updating the faces will be another 42 MB Allot of portraits will be updated, players on new teams and all I look for that to be about 20mb the update would come in about 90-120MB, the smaller being without updated music
HarleyRider
Thanks for that VERY valuable info Krawhitham. I just downloaded and installed the LL version but after reading your reply I'll just re-install MVP 2005 and install it again. One more question though... After re-installing a fresh version of MVP '05 do I need to put in any updated rosters like Ultimate Rosters or are these also included in the update? And should I install any of EA's patches before hand? Thanks again... Cheers!!!
