rom3
I installed the UR5.1 Plus with the new models.big file. I have been trying to use MVP Studio 1.5 to replace the uniforms in the models.big file. I keep getting an error message when trying to replace uniforms for teams. I have removed the read only attribute from the models.big file that was included in the UR5.1 Plus download. I had no problems doing this with the default models.big file provided by EA. Has anyone else been able to replace uniforms in the new models.big file? :(
bigmo78
No i believe i am having the same problem as your are. I added the new rosters and MVP Studio 1.5 wouldnt work. I then added the New MVP 06 downlaod and i still keep getting an error with this one. I was hoping maybe there was another way i can make the unis outside using the ea editor and pack them up by themselves. Any Help would be great? patsfan
Any word on this yet? I am having the same problem, I get a gfxpak error when trying to install a uniform.....
stecropper
I am not totally certain on this but MVP Studio since it still uses gfxpak is limited to working with .big files of less than 3000 entries. If those rosters you downloaded also replace your models.big file and it has > 3000 entries then you would experience a problem like you describe. I think FuzZ is considering upgrading MVP Studio to use that replacement tool for gfxpak that allows > 3000 entries such as Robert Glass did with MVPEdit. krawhitham
MVPEdit adopted my batch files which were external Studio's batch files are internal, and are created on the fly (sorta) I can also release a fix to trick Studio into using the other utilities that MVPedit uses I used studio for the first time today to track down all the batch files used, I think I got them all. I have asked Fuzz for confirmation. if he says that is all of them, it will take a day or so. I'm just making a exe named gfxpak.exe that examines what commands are being used, and does the same actions using different utilities

rom3
Anyone know if Fuzz plans to release a fix for MVP Studio 2005? :D
UncleMo
CAN YOU GUYS simply use fuzzing installer he uploaded, or simply use the eazip method?
big shmooz
That would be great if Fuzz releases a fix for the 3000 plus files problem gfxpak uses with his studio. I now have to do double the work because of gfxpak to install new uniforms. (since I then have to manually reinstall the uniforms to my models.big after I have correctly installed the previews to the uniforms.big file using mvp studio) If he fixes this, it would cut my workload by half .
