Phatferd
I'm no expert, I am in the same boat as you, however, I have learned some things recently. I will share what I have learned. The FX5500 is a very solid card for its price. It's a little outdated, but it should play almost all EA 06 titles (so 05 should be fine) on very high settings, maybe not max, but high. Whatever you decide to do, buy from Newegg.com they have the best price and are a very reputable company. I have bought multiple things from them. You can get the fx5500 for $40 and the 6200 for $50. eber
If those are you choices, skip the FX5200. The FX5500 is pretty much a 5200 but slighty better. And I don't really know anything about the 6200 64-bit version... I'd still rather have a used GeForce Ti-4200 or Ti-4600 than one of those FX cards. I'd say if those are your choices, get the 9600.
