phatmatt
I have a LOgitech Dual Action controller for my MVP 2005 PC game.. Recently I have noticed that the players jump, dive, slide ALL BY THEMSELVES even without me touching the controller.. I wen and bought the same exact controller thinking that was the problem, and it is still happening. I don't notice any scratches on the CD... I use Windows XP Home. Does anyone know what could possibly be the problem? Thanks in advance.
Thome25
This is common with Logitech Dual Action controllers. It happened too me and I bet everyone else who owned one. Your best bet is too buy a PS2 adapter, Radio Shack has then for 9.99. If your not gonna go that route, I suggest you try and calaberate your controller. I have the 360 controller and it has caused me nothing but problems, it keeps screwing up and switching buttons for no reason. Does the PS2 controller play as is or do you need to tinker with it at all to get it to work with games? I play basically all EA games on PC. Hoop27
the PS2 adapter is awesome I have one and it was idiot proof (thank god ) just plug and play. I did change the button layout for a couple of EA games but MVP I have been able to play as is. The other good thing about the PS2 adapter is it's easy to get a replacement controller if your analog sticks start to loosen up.
sustorm
the PS2 adapter works great it is what i use for all games and there is really little that needs to be done on EA titles, i have Madden, Live, NHL, and MVP and they all work great, sometimes the rumble doesnt work right but that is all i have ever ran into, also its awesome because you can play with friends using easy controllers instead of someone getting stuck with a keyboard.
