medric822
Hey, I was wondering if anyone here does something similar. See, I teach some of my players new positions while in Dynasty mode, by having them start and play 5 full games at whatever position I want them to learn, then after the fifth game, I edit them so that they can play that position. Does anyone else here do that? Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/17657-teaching-a-player-a-new-position/ Share on other sites
Friedman
No, when I want my players to play a new position, I edit them right away. That's the beauty of video games. skte1ement
5 games? teaching a position take much longer than that to make it more realistic probalby do it during the offseason and reduce hte players fielding ratings a bit and at the end of the season maybe up it back up to 5 below what he normally had. RBaggio10
I agree with Fried, I just edit them when I want. So that when they play the position they don't risk getting hurt. SwinginSoriano
I purposely don't put myself in the position of editting my players. It makes me utilize my bench. Traxis
I don't change player's positions unless it is somewhat realistic. So I would move someone to say 3B to 1B only if they had ever played 1B in their career. I think its pretty lame to edit power hitting OFs into SS and 2B, for example.
