phatmatt
My Dual Action Logitech went to heck recently. What are some other alternative controllers to use? Thanks.

cubswin2k3
If you have a ps2 controller , just buy the usb/ps2 converter for $12 and it works great..the same layout as the ps2

Traxis
Xbox 360 controller, or get a PS2 controller adapter if you already have a PS2 controller.
uspdude
doesn't really matter... just buy a comfortable controller with all the require buttoms on it. im using Powerwave only cost me about $13.95 australian dollar, and the controller's quality is way better than PS2 controller. edm
The saitek p880 is a nice controller, but I traded it in for the Logitech rumblepad 2. Both work good with EA games, but I'd give the edge to the rumblepad 2. Although, if you care, the rumble feature doesnt work with MVP. That doesnt bother me since I wouldn't use it anyway. I'm using the cordless model and there's no lag what so ever. You can also get the corded version for a little less.
five
If you already have a ps2 / xbox / gamecube etc. controller that you are comfortable with, get a converter.
niceonedave
I have exactly that, but I can't get the right analog stick functions to work, such as sliding and stealing bases. Any idea how to resolve this?
gcurrier2004
I have used a few different controllers, I like the xbox 360 one the best.
eber
I highly recommend the Logitech Rumblepad 2. I've got the cordless version and it's even pretty good with battery life. Anyway, if you don't mind mail-in-rebates, it's on sale (cordless version) at CompUSA for $19.99 AR ($5 instant, $15 MIR). BTW, the Dual Action was pretty crappy. The rubber pads on the analog sticks wore out pretty easily.
Gordo
Saitek 2500...... and yes, the Logitech pads seem to wear easy, though baseball/football isn't as demanding on them like other fast action games.
friar
I have a Saitek P990, and it's great.
SwinginSoriano
My Logitech Dual Action was broken (always was, overstock.com sucks), so I got a Saitek 2500. It kicks ***, just look up Kennyess' controller configurations and everything will work perfectly.
rskjackson
Can you help in locating Kennyess' controller configurations ? I've done a search, but nothing comes up like that. Thanks
