MVPedit free agent list problem.

I'm using MVPedit 2006.2, and I'm having a strange problem. Ill go through step by step what I did:

1. Export multiple players from roster A.

2. Import players to roster B.

3. Re-do lineups, rotations where needed in roster B.

4. Export roster B DAT files.

Now, when I use the roster in game, the changes I make work fine, but all the players I imported are also placed in the free agent list. That is, they appear in the team I imported them to, AND the free agent list. I looked at the saved .mbe files, and the free agent list looks fine. It just gets messed up when I export. Any way to fix this?

Edit: Did some more testing, and not every imported player is put into the FA list, just those who are on the AL/NL All Star teams.

All the players that got replaced by the imported team will get copied. So before you import from roster A, you have to delete the players in roster B so they wont get duplicated.
