cubsfan
I just installed MVP 2005 and it basically won't even run it slows down so much. My computer is about 3 years old I have 512 mb ram and its 2 gig. My graphics card is a "S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR KM 266 w/32 mb shared memory". Which I don't know but I guess its pretty outdated and I think its why the game won't run. Do I need a new video card? If so any cheap solutions beacuse all I need it for is this game, because I don't play anything else. Please someone help. Thank you.
biker_jim_uk
you will need a gfx card, maybe reading some posts on this forum will give you the info you need? I know I have seen many graphic card discussion threads.
eber
"S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR KM 266 w/32 mb shared memory" 8O ...with shared memory to boot! Didn't you read the requirements of the game on the box before you purchased it? That card is well below the requirements. And as bju says, yes, you definitely need a new video card to run the game. Basically, decide how much you want to spend and how much you care about the graphics and eye-candy and whatnot. Then look at the many threads regarding needing video cards to get an idea of what you might want to purchase (under many price points).
