WinnieThaPujols
How's the lag when playing direct IP to IP? My cousin and I used to play Madden, and the lag on that was horrible! We both have cable connections. While the upload kind of sucks (it maxes out at like 26 kb/s), it's not like we're using 56k! So I'm wondering, can you play this game smoothly when playing IP to IP? I remember playing MVP Baseball over Live one time, and it was like impossible to play because the pitch meter would be stuttering from the lag! I'm trying to convince him to buy a controller to play online... so... thanks for the answers.
fuzzone
ur connection is probably a bad connection. u have to have a steady stream. and using large mods in games can cause stuttering because file sizes are big.
big shmooz
I play my friend IP to IP & we are just fine & we have LOADS of mods installed. It has to do with ping time. If you are fairly close in location to your opponent & both have good connections, even if you have loads of mods installed you should not have any lag.
