NYM
Do you happen to know which file? There is about a million files there.
NYM
Let me be more specific. You know when you open up MVP, there is the Exibition, Game Modes, etc etc. Where are the files for the graphics for that?
big shmooz
Do you happen to know which file? There is about a million files there. Actually there are 98 files in there. Btw... the file you are probably looking for is the bkgnds.big file.
NYM
It's not in that file. I find it strange that there is no file containing graphics for dynasty/owner mode or the main menu buttons.

Ah... you aren't talking about the actual background screens. You are talking about the actual graphic that displays the options you can click on to make choices. I would need to research what the names of those files are. But offhand I don't know. Perhaps somebody else can help.
kgbaseball
Piece of cake. What you will need is the program LOCLook, which I believe can be found in the Files section. Once installed, run the program, and open the file FEENG.LOC or IGENG.LOC in your MVP Baseball 2005/data folder. This program allows you to change any of the text in the game. So, let's say I wanted to change "Home Run Showdown" to "Home Run Derby." Locate the Home Run Showdown text, and simply change it to "Home Run Derby." Simple as that. Don't forget to save the file, or else it won't be changed next time you play the game. I hope that helps. Good luck.
big shmooz
kgbaseball ... I am not sure if I am correct, but I don't think he is asking about changing words in the menu's but rather the graphic look of the menu's.
kgbaseball
Good point, Shmooz. Well, if anyone wanted to change Home Run Showdown to Home Run Derby, there ya go. :)
Kriegz
As far as I can tell you can only do backrounds but I am sure that the fsh files for the menus are there somewhere.
NYM
The reason I ask is because I had this cool idea. Themes for Dynasty and Owner Mode. Blue and orange for Mets, black and oranger for the O's, and then maybe a default one. If anyone wants to help me out with this, feel free. kgbaseball
That'd be an awesome idea. I saw a file in the bkgrds.fsh with a whole bunch of different letter graphics, but didnt go too indepth. Possibly thats the file you need, but I'm not sure. Good luck though.
