jcikal
I have a 1.5GHZ computer with a 64mb video card, yet in my graphics options, the part where I can change the player detail is unavailable (means it's shaded in grey or gray whichever way you prefer to spell it). As a result, I cannot change the player detail from what the program automatically gives me which is "low". The players look like cartoons who have just overdosed on qualudes. Is there a way I can change it to at least medium by tweaking one of the files? Maybe there's an ini file of some sort that indicates the player level of detail. Thanks for any information. Hoop27
with a 64 meg video card you may be stuck on low. Search the forums and see if a fix is out there (i know its been discussed previously) And at least now it's more affordable than ever to upgrade if you decide you end up needing to go that route. Roscosuper
There is a program called 3D ANALYZE you can use. It will help with the slower systems. It isn't going to make things perfect, but it will get rid of the "scary faces." There is a certain version of the program you will need. I don't remeber which one, but if you search the forums you should be able to find info on it. If you can't find it, I believe I have it archived, let me know, I'll send it to you.
