Uv Map Editor question, in oedit.

okay i got a simple question about the uv map editor / oedit.

example: part 107 in oedit is curremtly assigned to 0020-2.bmp (named "padd" in cram32 in ea edit)

is it possible to remap part 107 in oedit to 0053-4.bmp (named "stcs" in cram32) rather than the default 0020-2.bmp? if so how do you change this?

i did before and saved it then updated my cram32 in the stadium.big but the texture didn't show up on the field after i uv edited it. for some reason the part 107 is only dedicated to "padd" in cram32 and it wont change.
