Pitchers workouts

i need everyone help here please, in 1 week im starting college again, im a member of the baseball team in the university, so i was wondering which exercises should i be doing to get back into pitching form? (arm exercises, weights, others...) post pictures if possible.

what I do to warm up, is to get a dumbell that is about 10-15lbs, and I do a much slowed down windup and release, until my arm feels loose, and then I use a heavier weight, until my arm is loose, then I start lifting weights until I'm at a consistant rate. But thats me, everyone's different.
