I.Am.Canadian
The most amazing thing just happened to me. I was playing ChiSox vs Cardinals, with no DH, and all of a sudden, since the bases were empty, I had to swing in the 9-hole with my pitcher, Mark Buehrle. He steps up to the plate, and crushes, I mean crushes one out of the park! It was like 400 feet!!! And against Chris Carpenter too, the NL Cy Young Champ!! Has an AL Pitcher ever hit a homerun before? That's all. We should have a Ripley's Believe it or Not for MVPmods This would probably be #1! Sandlot
Mark Hendrickson (ex Blue Jay pitcher) hit a homerun against Montreal, when he was playing for the Jays.
SwinginSoriano
I have two pitcher homeruns in my dynasty so far. One by Livan Hernandez (not a huge accomplishment) and another by Brian Lawrence. Suprisingly, both of these were flat out crushed.
Bama
That doesn't beat my all-star game incident. Top of the 9th Inning, 2 outs, bases empty..I wanted every pitcher to pitch, so i take Gagne out of the pen to close it. He gives up a bomb. And now i'm out of pitchers. I keep going until the 11th inning when Gagne's pretty much dead. He's up to hit. And of course, he barely gets it, but of course, the Crawford boxes caught the ball. Game Over. uspdude
i almost hit one in my first game and first pitch (but its a foul ball) with Jeff Weaver. then i got struck out with a change up. that's why i play DH rule of both of my league.
I.Am.Canadian
Hey guys I did it again! I can't believe it!! Buehrle creamed another one, this time against Barry Zito! I know you're saying, but the Sox and A's are both in the AL, but I'm preparing for the big tournament coming up and since we are using no DH, I decided to practice. You know they say lightning never strikes twice? I think the impossible has just become the absolutely unbelievable!! I'll pose another question. Since when has an AL pitcher hit a homerun in back-to-back games? Probably has never happened.
APR
I'll pose another question. Since when has an AL pitcher hit a homerun in back-to-back games? I would say never because it is rare that pitchers pitch back to back games. Only relievers pitch back to back, and they rarely get to hit. Pirate
I have hit a couple. In real life Dave Burba hit two for the Indians in interleague play. The other day in game I had one of my pitchers hit the go-ahead homer in the 6th.
AstroEric
I regularly hit for power with Roy Oswalt. Something about his UR stats make him crank it when the game's on the line. --Eric
I.Am.Canadian
Ya, I'm starting to think that Totte may have secretly cranked up Beuhrle's power ratings, just to make the game funny. I'm thinking of putting Buerhle as clean-up when I play Trues!

NYM
I hit a homerun with Tom Glavine, but that's no suprise as he is a good hitting pitcher. Hitting with an AL pitcher is an accomplishment.
