Park information editing

Anyone know where the opening date, team, foul territory, capacity, average attendance, turf and average wind speed information (all seen in the image below) is stored for stadiums? I know where the park graphic is contained (in the fields.big file, for anyone who doesn't know), but can't find the others.

Very interesting - that seems like one of the last places I'd expect them to store it in. Well, anyway, I checked it out and changed 5th of April 2004 to 6th of April 2004 and it worked.

This needs further research...although it would be a pain to have to distribute an updated .EXE with a mod just to update stadium information.

Off hunting, I'll post any findings.

Couldn't you create a batch file that would automatically edit that .exe?

Maybe, yes. Good idea.

I successfully changed the date of the opening to May 9th, 1994 (Actual Waterfront Park opening day), but that seems to be the only information held in the .EXE, and I'm not sure if it would affect other minor league parks (if they open on the same date, I didn't have time to check).

This is rushed as I'm just doing some research while waiting to go out, but it seems that the only information held in the .EXE from the image above is the date, foul territory, average attendance (maybe) and turf type. Editing the last 3 would surely affect other stadiums as well.

Must dash!

EDIT - Editing opening date affects all minor league stadia. :(
