createbaseball
heres the next one! this is pretty much done. I want to put in a few more ads and make some minor adjustments. I could not figure out how to make the filed like it actually is, with just the circles around the bags and mound for the dirt...so this will have to do. This one has a nice September "almost about to rain" feel.
The Big O
I could not figure out how to make the filed like it actually is, with just the circles around the bags and mound for the dirt...so this will have to do. Looks good. Did you try using a mfield from a domed stadium such as Rogers Center or the Metrodome? Those would probably work ok. You could probably grab the field.fsh files from one of those as well.
Kriegz
That is pretty nice. I'd like see what you can do with the hills, you could probualy import some brush and make it more dimensional.
TheMadcap
Great job Bodhiball, looks spot on from the screens. These parks are really going to make minor league ball feel like the real thing. The parks that you have picked have some real variety as well. I can't wait to hit one into the hills! I realize that the stadium slots are limited but these must absolutely be included in the 06 mod.
firethebomb
There has to be a way to increase slots. Well, there doesn't have to be one but it doesn't seem like an impossible task. Anyone think of anything?
createbaseball
thanks madcap....these will be a great deal to guys that play minor league games. they will not be perfect, but so far from my games I have played in them, they suspend belief enough to feel like you are playing in those stadiums. Tribe: good idea. I will do something with that. BigO: You know, I tried taking the field.ord/orl files from the vet and putting them into this, but it kept crashing...I am assuming because the dimensions would be so much different? Have you tried doing something like that?

MarkB
My God. That looks amazing. I don't know if it's just me, but that backdrop and the photo-realistic hitter's eye look fantastic. Just amazing.
fuzzone
bodhiball -- ill give u 4 billion dollars for a classic stadium. ::offer void where prohibited and prohibited worldwide::
MarkB
Now, wouldn't Fuzzy be "p'd" right off if it emerged that bodhiball was actually an astronaut and was testing NASA's new space program to test internet connectivity in space using satellite technology?
medric822
MY GOD! it even has the building on the hill! If i'm correct, that building is a Fleet Bank office building. Very nice, I rate it 5outta5 starz!

The Big O
BigO: You know, I tried taking the field.ord/orl files from the vet and putting them into this, but it kept crashing...I am assuming because the dimensions would be so much different? Have you tried doing something like that? You might have to edit the dimensions. If you put verts too far away or outside a specific range( too far horizontally or vertically) then the game will crash. So it might be the grass files are too big for that stadium therefore you will have to play with it to make it fit.

Its 2 years of wanting to stadium mod, but having no idea how to do it....its all coming out of me in one week! thanks to your tutorial! by the way, Pirate, would you mind if I used your Victory Field to create a day version of it? forn03
I'm not following the Vet to Lackawanna mfield problem... the dimensions of the field should be the same anyway? Great work, though! I'm really looking forward to this one.
createbaseball
they both have that artificial turf infield, where there is only dirt in circles around the bases and the mound. But I coudlnt find a way to get the vets style field into this Lackawana mod. I think it still works okay though
forn03
I see now. Wasn't looking close enough. Sorry about that. But yea, I agree, what you have is excellent.
