Just this week, I went back and got an emulated copy of my favorite baseball game ever...but it goes back a little further than High Heat.

Would anyone have End of Season Rosters for HH 03???

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Go over to www.theperfectgame.net and browse through the forums. There are still a number of guys there that play High Heat and continue making rosters and other mods. Timsterray and Pudge do a lot of roster work.

If I was going to go back to the High Heat series, there's no way in hell I would go back to the '04 version. As Pirate stated, it was graphically a jump from it's predecessors in the series, but no WAY could it match up in any other category from the earlier versions.

I have the '00, '01, '02, '03' and '04 versions (still nicely in tact) and again, I agree with Pirate that HH 2002 was the best of the bunch.

That being said, MVP 2005 has become so versatile (the proof is in the '06 modded version) that the only thing I really miss is the mouse support in the HH series.

If Trip Hawkins, EA and the great modders here could team up JUST ONCE, it would be the last PC baseball game I would ever buy.

From a graphic modder's standpoint, I actually think HH2004 was the best of the series. Now, I say this because I barely played the game and did a whole buttload of uniforms for it, so you can chalk it up to bias if you'd like. But the game was much better-looking than its predecessors (neither of which I've actually played, but have seen screenshots of), and modding it helped get me through my thesis semester with my sanity intact.

BTW, whatever happened to Cianfrocco? He made some great uni's for the HH series too.

Don't you mean mounse support?

GAAAAA! Where does everyone get the word "mounce" from? I didn't see it anywhere in this thread... :x

Anyhoo.. my personal favorite baseball game would be Hardball 5. In fact, I'm completely surprised that someone else even mentioned Hardball 4!!! I thought I was the only one!

Stats and boxscores. 'Nuf said. Grrr!

It's an inside joke. In one of the High Heat releases (HH2003, I think), 3DO had a typo in the game features section of their documentation where they listed "mounse support", rather than "mouse support".
