Long Sleeve's with Uniforms

There are long sleeves in 05, but they don't occur too often. Try playing at Safeco Field or Coors Field, and you might see them.

Here are some screenshots from a homerun derby at Coors Field:

i played a home run showdown there with the same players (glaus and blalock?) and neither had sleeves. I'm using kccitystar's uniforms, does that make a difference?

Again, even if you're playing at Safeco or Coors, the players won't be wearing long sleeves all the time. I would say they only occur one time out of ten.

As for your signature, fred13, you're 100% right! :)

As devils6889 suggested, wind settings seem to make some impact on players wearing long sleeves. Other than that, there's not really much you can do to make them appear. I think what triggers the use of long sleeves is located somewhere in the specific stadium files (Safeco, Coors, etc.), but nobody has figured it out yet.

It isn't in the stadium files! You can prove this by renaming safeco to yankee stadium and seeing if the sleeves turn up when you use Yankee with a high wind.

It is associated to the stadium somewhere in the exe we think?

Ok, thanks. And with the exe being hardcoded, I assume there's not much hope to ever solve this problem. Correct?

Also, sleeves don't show up in exhibition games at these fields with the night game and high wind speed settings. I only saw them in franchise mode. But I see they do show in home run derby.

Follow the installation instructions given in the readme. However, it appears that the author of this mod didn't include gfxpak, so you have to get it from somewhere else (it's available in the downloads section) and place it in your main MVP folder, too.

Just be aware that with that mod all the sleeves end up on every player, the sleeves are all the same color regardless of the team. I'm not saying that it's not a cool mod but it just didn't seem well thought out or maybe what I should say is, the instructions were pretty poor in describing just what will occur. I can't even revert back to having no sleeves and I tried everything so beware.

Anybody know how to get it back to regular arms? I tried everything. And has there ever been an attempt at a uniform mod where sleeves would actually be "attached" to the shirt? Just wondering.

I really enjoy this place. My nephew turned me on to it. SimCentral was cool, we're creating a ballpark. My design, his technical skills, hope to have it up before Summer.
