uspdude
is it just me or the new ultimate rosters v5.2 makes the "game" really fast? The liners are fasters, baserunner are quicker, and a lot of 4 seam fastball looks like 2 seams. Seriously man, it really screw up my game since i have my own sliders setting. anyone know how do i keep the rosters but get rid of the new setting? pslamp32
Most of those problems can easily be fixed with the sliders.
uspdude
so how do you fix the quick liners and 4 seam fastball issue? is there a way to edit those setting from the roasters pack that i downloaded? I just want the new roasters with defeult EA setting + plus my own sliders.
kgbaseball
Well, not all pitcher's 4 seamer are straight; you'll find that the good strikeout pitchers (and finesse guys like Maddux and Glavine) have a "live" fastball that can move all over the place. If you want to make everyone's 4 seemer, Global Edit it.
uspdude
so how do i change the overall game speed through mvpedit??
kgbaseball
That's not a problem with MVPEdit, but a problem with your video card/datafile?/computer specs I think. Ask around, search the forums; I bet you'll find something useful.

That's not a problem with MVPEdit, but a problem with your video card/datafile?/computer specs I think. Ask around, search the forums; I bet you'll find something useful. there's nothing wrong with my video card/ pc specs. i didn't even install any database from this site. i just notice a significant changed in game's speed after i install the new ultimate roasters. so do think that i can get it back to original speed, if i install the defeult EA database? where can i get the defeult database? kgbaseball
There's no possible way (I'm 99% sure) that MVPEdit could be the problem with this. But if you want the default rosters, load them from your CD. And its rosters, not roasters.

kgbaseball
Impossible, unless you want to edit the original EA rosters, which could take years lol. The database files are what make up the rosters.
