maxbjr
Odds are 50/50 or so that Clemens will play this year, but in May sometime. If I leave him as a free agent some team will pick him up in the first week. If I put him in the Astros (or Ranger's) minors, he'll be pitching on the big league club within a week. Is there anyway to put him on the Astros (my choice), on the DL for 30 days to reflect his late start. I don't want to start a Mets dynasty only to have to restart it with an updated roster 6 weeks later when Clemens comes back.
jonalano013
well, during the season you could always turn off fair trades and send him to the team he goes too. but i think it's impossible to put him on the DL at the start of the season. -jon-

maxbjr
Thanks for your suggestions , guess I'll just carry him in my minors for awhile then.
