Kriegz
Apperently the Tribe is extremely close to signing him CLICKY I think he is good for us because of his versitility and he gives us depth. krawhitham
condolences Yep boone blows very overrated sucker for the low and away pitch fielding was horrible 3rd worse in NL last season 3rd worse the season before 2nd worse the season before that his batting average has droped like a rock since he started hitting HRs .250 something in new york and .241 the season before in cincinnati and if you can keep the ball down he will not hit many HRs, 90% of his HRs are off high pitches in the zone and most of them fastballs if Boone is scouted well he will do close to nothing with a bat
RsCamaro8
I think Boone will be a good leader for the young team, and maybe get a few key hits here and there.... besides, it's not like he's going to play until like August anyway, but I like that the Indians are showing an effort to improve

Guest Deznuts
I agree. Aaron Boone is done. Hell, Bret Boone is almost done. Those roids he did are finally wearing off and he's only hitting a paltry .214. The Indians should just stick with what is making them a great team, their young prospects. Trade Omar Vizquel to a contender for minor leaguers and prepare for next season. Aaron Boone is a waste, especially since Casey Blake is better. Pray that Brandon Phillips pans out. I always like Bret, but I think his withdraw from roid has alot to do with his current batting problems. some of his problem could also be his grandfather is about dead and they are real close Aaron did play 2nd base real good while with the reds but at 3rd he flat out sucked
