WinnieThaPujols
Pick either and you'll enjoy 'em both! Swingin's are really good. He updated every player's ratings. There are now a lot of players with a ton of power and good contact. This can be viewed as both a good and a bad thing. Like, for instance, Sheffield I remember had 95 CON / 99 PWR versus lefties. I think what he did was took the stats, and based on the ratings directly from those. Usually when I do that I use some personal bias to adjust the ratings some. Anyway, the UR are good... but, I dunno. They feel kinda old, because players that had breakout years (sans a few, like Lee, Jones) don't seem to have the ratings they had (because they are last years rosters, with updates transactions). Uhm... I use the UR for my franchises. As gimmicky as the minor leaguers are, I always end up wanting to play as them. I'm a sucker for them! My advice: use Swingin's for exhibition (I love playing with them online) because they are the most up-to-date (ratings-wise). If you're playing franchise, I'd probably go with UR because it's more likely that you're going to want to use minor leaguers. Both rosters are very well done. Lately I've been playing mostly exhibition with my cousn online, so I'd recommend Swingin's!
