ihategeeks
I don't know why this is happening but I can't locate my fastball. (I'm a experienced MVP player, so dimiss the newb factor when you read this) Saitek p880- patch 3/5 When I leave my joystick dead center , as to throw a strike down the middle. I can't do it with my fastball. The fastball is out of the zone every time I throw it It's only happening to my fastballs. I can throw every other pitch. I move my cursor the slightless bit, and wild pitches are going everywhere. If I put the cursor at the top of the zone, It's flying head level. If I put it at the bottom of the zone, it's going in the dirt. It seems as if wherever I aim the cursor it's off by 2 feet. I tried this with Santana, Bonderman, Martinez. It's screwed up with everyone. I've adjusted the Sliders so that anyone clould locate a pitch, still the same problem. Anyone know how to fix this? ihategeeks
Well whatever it is, it has to do with the controller. If figured that much out. I can pitch fine with the keyboard
ihategeeks
Not the controller it's the USB port. Don't know why it works fine in the other ones. Or why it would effect just 1 pitch. Crazy.
spitoon
Sounds like your controller might be set to 'digital' mode, rather than analog...there should be a 'Mode' button on it that will switch it. In digital mode the controller only has two positions 0 or 1...ie. in the middle or all the way. In analog mode you should be able to move the cursor all over the place in and out of the strike zone.
