Cool-J-Breeze
I know this was covered before when people had an issue with it but I haven't played mvp 2005 for about 6mo. I started it up today and the game was playing at about triple speed. I installed patch #5 but the problem is still there. I remember people having this issue after the 3rd patch I think but I never had the problem until now. Very strange!! I did get a new monitor for x-mas. Does this have anything to do with it. Thank you in advance Jeremy
edm
it's a problem with the game itself. You need to enable vsync and set your in game refresh rate to 60hz.
batato
I also haven't played in a while and to my suprise you guys are just incredible. It's unreal the amount of talent so many of you have. Anyhow I to have the triple speed going. The Big Unit
Anyhow I to have the triple speed going. I have vsync on...but do not find the option for 'in game 60 hz' The place to change your refresh rate to 60 isn't 'in game'. It's in your video settings. Start>Settings>Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced>Monitor
batato
Thank you TBU Just tried put it at 60 and no luck...the players are all coked up. I guess since steriods is a no no in baseball now...they all turned to coke and are on hyper mode 8O Any other ideas on a solution to the hyper speed of the game? Anyone can point me to a forum topic that has discussed this issue before? thank you in advance
edm
check to see if vsync is also enabled in your video settings, or at least set to application preference. here are a couple other threads about the issue http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...ewtopic&t=16364 http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...iewtopic&t=1677 http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...iewtopic&t=8753
