NY_Yankees
I'm using UR6.0 with LL. Johnny Damon looks Hispanic? Looks nothing like him at all. How can I fixt his? Also, I'm using MDs datafile. But I'm limited to 1 or 2 out of his 4, because the others crash the game for some reason. Luckily the one that works, I like. However I'd like to change the pitching meter back to it's original form, and reset batter cam 4 (the centered one). What do I have to edit? Final question is I have a cordless Rumblepad 2. For some reason there is no button to bunt, or to check out my current at bat pitches. But it says it's supported.

lavi
Ah you edited your post before I could finish typing. Oh well hopefully this will help others. Ok, you'll need this here http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Down...details&id=1310 Then unrar that into a folder. Now open the Compression Utility and you'll see where it says Default datafile.txt location. It's set to the default MVP folder but I make a new folder on my desktop and point the utility to it. That way I don't mess anything up in my MVP directory if i make a mistake. Then download a datafile you want to use. Place the datafile.txt you downloaded into the same folder as the utility. Under Perfered Text Editor I use Word Pad. Makes it easier to read for me. Also make sure Word Wrap in Word Pad is OFF. Then hit decompress. It will decompress the datafile in word pad. Now just find what you want to edit. For instance, the pitching meter in the link in my previous post. Say your looking for 34 accuracywidth. Do a search in word pad (Control + F) to find it. It should be on a long line with a bunch of other stuff and read something like this 34 AccuracyWidth;33 AccuracyPosition All that number (34) does is tell you want the number directly under that line mean. Assuming you have word wrap OFF. So directly under that line you'll see a ton of numbers. They will be in general numerical order. So you'll see something like this 33 0.250;34 0.060;35 0.005; Now 34 is what you want to edit. You want to set it to default some you'll change this 34 0.060 to the value (which is found in my previous post) to this 34 0.120 Now it's important to remember to keep the coding space. So make sure if you edit value 34 that there is a space between 34 and the first number of the value. And make sure there is a semi colon after that value. So you'll edit 34 to look exactly like this ;34 0.120; Now just do that for every value you want to change. It seems more complicated than it really is but hopefully you'll get the hang of it After you've made your changes save the txt file. Then in the utility you'll see Compress DatafileEdit.txt into Datafile.txt. Do that then put the Datafile.txt into your MVP/Data directory.
