Well, if he is like Pedro Martinez, renegotiate his contract once a year to make him happy.
MarkB
"do to"? God, I hate bad grammer. A player can't be unhappy because he's playing too much. Negotiate his contract, or try putting him on the trade block if the team isn't doing well.
Kamasutra
"do to"? God, I hate bad grammer. I sure hope you're being sarcastic... Is he on the MLB team? If he's on AAA or AA, call him up. If he's on the MLB team, check to make sure he's on all the defensive lineups or try him as a starter (if he's a pitcher...) for 1 game. See the results.. There are many other things you can do (if his icon is a frown for instance), you can increase his salary by 100 points, that usualy does the trick, he will continue to b.itch about playing time for a bit but his icon might be a smily if he likes his contract.. That way he doesn't affect your team's chemistry.. good luck.

The Big Unit
How about we all just learn something Mom always said to me when I was young and pulling this stuff? She always said, "When YOU become perfect, then tell ME how to talk and correct me"
