One of my player is unhappy about his playing time, but he plays everday. So, can you also play a guy too much? Negotiate his contract, or try putting him on the trade block if the team isn't doing well. If he's on AAA or AA, call him up. If he's on the MLB team, check to make sure he's on all the defensive lineups or try him as a starter (if he's a pitcher...) for 1 game. See the results.. There are many other things you can do (if his icon is a frown for instance), you can increase his salary by 100 points, that usualy does the trick, he will continue to b.itch about playing time for a bit but his icon might be a smily if he likes his contract..
