I'm from overseas (Croatia) and here's no stores to buy the game. Amazon ain't ship and nothin in EBAY. So you need to register on their site and prove you're 18, by sending them a copy of your passport via e-mail. Just write them an e-mail and tell them about your "problem" and see what happens.
