I have seen in a data file that there was some scripts for the HR animations, they look like this:

Any idea how to make some players show off like ortiz or ramirez, without having to change picture ID's??

There is a connection here, and I am gonna keep looking for them. Something has to give, and Im gonna find where its at.....:lol:

What does this mean: "%F " or anywhere above you pasted where there are percent signs?

That Im not sure, its in the Datafile.big file..........give it a look over and tell me what you think. Im pretty sure it has something to do with animations of Pujols, Ramirez, Ortiz and a few others, plus generic ones. I think if we find where these text files are, we can do something as far as giving more people HR animations and plate crossings. That would be sweet.........wouldnt it?? -Size

Of course it would.

I'm not a datafile modder so right now you know more about that than I do. I've only changed the audio before and that was several months ago.

Can you increase the number in the % and then test it out?

I will give it a shot, but I think the "Cscript_mgr_argument_int1e_01.txt"

"int1e_01.txt" might be the name of a txt file. If I change and increase the number, it may not be able to read from that file....lol I will give it a shot anyway, if we get this working Mo, we will be praised! ! ! This is a list of everything I have seen so far.

Im not sure, it all looks like binary BS...........lol I wish I had a translator or reader of some sort, to define this a little more. This has to be a map that leads to somewhere else, IMO. I guess we will have to play around a little and see where it leads us.

I think the %F stuff is because the file he's looking at isn;t decompressed, but I could be wrong. Try decompressing it and see what it looks like.

Its already decompressed, its in file form in the datafile folder, its just in code. I think everything we need is on this file, we have to find a way to decipher it. Any ideas? Its showing mostly homeplate crossings, which is cool by itself, but to decipher this stuff is going to have to take a tool of some kind, that I dont have. I wonder if Glass4 has any ideas. The guy who made mvpedit.............Until then, back to the file at hand.........AND NO SUPPA TILL YA FINISHED! ! ! :lol:

I simply used eazip to decompress and when I pasted it into my outlook for a quick look i got a better view. Here's the except I have not had time to review...

LOL good work, eazip?? is that a download here on mvpmods? I didnt know about that. Let me check that out, sounds like a start. Now we have a little more info, where do we go from there? LOL? BigMo on top of things....:wtg:

Ok Mo, how did you get the df compression tool to work? I cant get it to work, because it always says eazip.exe is not in the correct folder, but it is in the datafile folder....what gives? I am using wordpad instead of notepad like it said to do in another thread, but to no avail, not working...................any hints??

See, this is where it is confusing, I dont have a df.txt file, I have a df.big. So where is this alleged df.txt hiding?

I think the DF.big is what comes w/ the stock game or the MVP06 mod, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as the .txt version. Try using one of the DF's from this site, I use maddiedaddies. Anyways, they are in .txt form and work w/ DF Compression.
