Help with logos and uniforms preview

Hello,

I am moving the Marlins to my hometown of New Orleans, but I am having two problems. I've made my unis, imported them into the game and I must say the NO Pelicans look pretty good. But, I can't seem to change the logos or the uniform preview. I assume I change logos the same way you change portraits or transparant hockey helmets. I can do both of those, but I crash to the desktop everytime I change a logo. Same thing for changing the uniform previews on the uniform selection screen.

I am using fshedd to decompress and compress my fsh files and importing them with EAgraph. Is there a specific way to import these files? I am stuck.

Did you compress them? if not use Biggui to check, and if they are not compressed, compress them.

Uniforms.big looks compressed with biggui, at least it says "yes" under -packed- for everyfile except a022.fsh which is listed twice. When I compress one of the a022 when I start the game it crashes immediatly rather that on the uniform selection screen. I'm going to do some more searching on the boards...

I downloaded a logo pack (Team USA) from MVPmods and imported them via BigGui. Now, it doesn't crash, rather, the logos are just black. What on Earth does that mean? :?

Well, I think I figured it out. It seems everything got screwy because I was using MVP06 and KC's unis. After a reinstall I can get all my images into the game. Does this make sense to you experienced cats out there?

Anyway, I'll get some screenshots up over in the Mod Announcement forum a little later.
