nico117
Hi I just recently purchsed MVP 2005 for my PC. I had it on Xbox, but recently purchased a 360. MLB2K6 on the 360 pales in comparison to MVP 2005, and b/c it is not backwards compatible with 360 I was stuck. Anyway I'am new to the PC version, and was wondering if someone could get me in the right direction as far as completely updating my game. Rosters, schedules, stadiums, photos, etc. Sorry if I'am in the wrong place for a post like this but I'am kind of new to this whole modding experience, and I heard so many great things about it. Thanks, Nick
Dagger147
First, you'll want to get some official patches. You can find them here: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Downloads&c=28 I recommend getting 1, 2, 3, & 5. Then you'll want MVP 06 for PC. You can get that here: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Downloads&c=2 You'll have a choice of Livin' Large or In Like Flint. It really doesn't matter which version you get, they're both the same thing. After that, search through the files section. If there's something that sounds interesting, get it and try it out. You can find updated rosters and stadiums in the files section also.
nico117
Thanks Alot I really appreciate the info. That really helps a ton in getting me started. I assume its not to hard to incorporate these dowloads in the game. I pretty sure its not as easy as loading a file on a console but, I'm pretty sure I can figure it out from there. Thanks again, I really appreciate it, thats awesome.
Dagger147
No problem. If you have any questions, just search the forums for something that relates to your question. You'll want to do that before making a new thread. Trust me. It will definitely save you time and frustration. :)
