8ball
The Aubrey Huff injury could be devistating to my lineup but I think I found a way for him to play with the injury. I just hope he doesn't get injured worse.

espithaca
Huh? How'd you get him to play with the injury? And do you remember what you heard about patch 3 being better than 5? My dynasty game just quit out again so I'm feeling pretty desperate. Sorry if I'm nagging...

My dynasty game just quit out again so I'm feeling pretty desperate. Sorry if I'm nagging... I hit CPU Optimize rosters and it put him as a DH even though he's injured. So I went to Defensive Alignment and moved Huff to 1st base and put Jonny Gomes at DH. And I'm not sure if 3 is better or not its just the patch I had installed when I installed the Mvp 06 Mod. 8ball
Breaking News The Tampa Bay Devil Rays Signed RP Orionny Lopez a 21 year old knuckleball pitcher to a minor league contract. They also signed RP Kole Strayhorn a 22 year old pitcher with 4 star career potential and will most likely be the future closer of the D-Rays. Interesting. Definitely gonna hafta try that. Is the computer putting an injured player on the active roster a bug or fluke? Or part of the programming... Curious. Okay about the patch. Thanks for your answer. I'm just looking down every possible avenue... P.S. The D-Rays beating the Sox?! C'mooooon...

8ball
Thanks I like those very fast good defensive teams. Its so much easier to score runs then with a power team. Carl Crawford gets on, steals second, Lugo bunts him over, Cantu sac fly.
8ball
The Tampa Bay Devil Rays are currently looking for a GOOD young catcher to start in place of Toby Hall or a GOOD young reliever to help my bullpen. Please post any suggestions for players if you have any.

espithaca
Wow, it seems almost unnatural to see the D-Rays in first place there... You've been playing really well! I just finished my third game of my own dynasty but am re-doing it. Varitek got hit by a pitch on the right ankle in the top of the first inning against the Rangers and the game said he injured his right SHOULDER BLADE... I thought it might be a fluke so I played on without him but after the game, (which was great btw), it told me that he'd be out for 55 days. I don't think so. Mebbe if he'd been hit in the shoulder I'd buy it and play on without him, but not like this...
8ball
I feel your pain lol. I would be mad if that happened to me. Once I started a dynasty with the Astros 1st game of the season Lidge comes in to close and gets hit by a line drive on the 1st pitch and is out for the year. I have never played as the Astros since lol.
