tribein06
So I am thinking about picking up MVP baseball 2005 for the PC, and I have a few questions. 1. How good should my computer be to run this game w/ some patches download? (dont know how great my comp is, but it's relatively new like 1 yearold) 2. What patches and mods do you suggest that I get? Like which ones really improve the gameplay the most? Are all the stadiums good to get? 3. How is franchise mode? What are some pros and some cons? edm
I can't really comment on Franchise mode, but for your other two questions... 1) You should be able to run the game fine, but it's hard to say for sure without more info about your system, specifically the video card. Click START-> RUN and type in dxdiag. Under 'display' check the Name, Manufacture, Chip Type, and Memory and post the info back here. At least 512 MB of system ram is also recommended. 2) The lastest EA patch and the final version of the MLB06 mod will contain just about everything you'll need. D-Unit
and once you download the 2006 mod, there are hundreds of little accesories that you can put into the game to suit your exact needs.

UncleMo
You said:1. How good should my computer be to run this game w/ some patches download? (dont know how great my comp is, but it's relatively new like 1 yearold) Answer: Find out and tell us then we can go from there. Otherwise, you'll be getting a game you may not be able to play. How good is the game. WOW. one word. WOW. AWESOME would be the word if you installed no mods. WOW with mods. Lots of mods.
