Quick question

I currently have a laptop with a Mobility Radeon 7500 AGP video card that is only 32 mb with a clock speed of 350 Mhz and I am looking at upgrading. The computer also has a P4 2.8 Ghz processor with 512mb ram. Do I have to narrow my search becuase I use a laptop, as in only certain ones can be installed in it? If you cant tell I dont really know a great deal about computer hardware What is necessary in order for me to play the game, keep in mind I would like the game to look nice and run smooth (it doesnt need to be mind blowing graphics). Price is also a concern. Would a BFG - 3DFuzion GeForce MX 4000 Graphics Card be good enough? The card has 128 mb memory with a clock speed of 400Mhz, plus its only like 60-65 bucks. Would that card be good enough, or do I need to go higher?

Also, I am getting a controller for the game as well, is a Logitech dual action controller good enough? Thanks in advance for the help.
