TheTweeds
I am curious if anyone who has used MVP sav reader has used it with the new mvp 06 modifications. I am trying to use the sav reader for my current stats but it still reads everything as 2005 and accumulates not making a new year for 2006. Any ideas on how to fix this. Sharpshooter
I'm waiting for the same answer. The only way it can be fixed IMO is to find a way to change the date on the game iself. I'm talking schedule history stats etc. That may be hardcoded.
JoeRudi26
There's actually a thread dedicated to the MVP SavReader, and I have been monitoring there to try and find the same answers. Just for your information. http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...ewtopic&t=11095 I was checking this guy's Dynasty page and it seems he has found the answer. Notice he has a line for 2006 with what looks to be stats for that year only (go to his roster page and click on a player to see updated stats). http://www.unet.univie.ac.at/~a9909751/mvp/Dynasty/index.htm I've been to RichK's website to no avail, but maybe one of us can PM him (xiberger) and if we're lucky he'll tell us how he did it. Filthy57
Once this is done, what you need to do is export the rosters, simulate the first season, re-import the rosters, and voila, it's 2006. I got this idea from Kraw here, so muchos props to him and tywiggins of course, but I just thought I'd share with everyone else. Good luck! Sharpshooter
Wouldn't that mess up the 2006 schedule being accurate?
