Yoghurt
hi i don't know if it was discussed before, i think so, but i didn't find the file i was looking for. after installing the mvp06 mod, the reverse pitching view (view6) is damaged (often you don't see the pitcher, catcher, batter, pitching meter). is there a patch which fixes this camera problem, BUT doesnt'effect the gameplay? or: is there a patch which fixes the camera problem, improves the gameplay, but doesn't remove the ingame sounds? i had a patch which fixes the cam, but i lose my ingame sounds.... please help me

trippene
I didn't work for me either. The camera still pans to the third base side. It only seems to happen to me for only left handed hitters.

RedSoxFox7
theres a working datafile in the very first post of the stickied datafile thread put it in the data folder, so when you look at that folder you'll have both a "datafile.txt" as well as a "datafile" folder

big shmooz
If you do not want the datafile you have, perhaps try my datafile & see if you like the camera angle better. Let me suggest though that if you use this datafile, adjust your in-game sliders for your infielders to minus 42. One of the main things I did was to slow down the ball physics on ground balls in order not to get ground balls that go to the outfield wall (very unrealistic). But the thing is, since the ball is slowed down, infielders by default will be able to get to almost any ground ball hit. Hence you need to slow them down, so as to maintain realism of sometimes getting ground ball hits. You may also want to slow down your outfilders to minus 7 but this suggestion is really more about preference. Experiment on this & decide what you like. Anyway, the file is located here... http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Down...details&id=2708
