VanillaGorilla
I picked up MVP 05 for the PC a while back, and tried my damndest to get it to work on my PC, but no matter what I tried, I would always get some choppiness when throwing the ball around the infield, or throwing it into the infield from the outfield. I gave up on trying because I thought that MLB 06 or MLB2K6 would fulfill my MLB gaming needs. Wrong. So now I'm back to MVP 05. I know that the game, without the MVP 06 mod, stutters. I know that with it, it stutters. I have all the newest drivers for my video card, and all the patches from EA for the game. Here are my system specs: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3400+ Nvidia GeForce 6100 (Video bios version 5.51.22.31.18) 896 MB's of RAM 153 Gigs free DirectX 9.0 Does ANYONE have a clue as to what I should do? I've tried doing a lot of things that others here have done (setting AA on my video card to 4X, etc.), but nothing has ever worked.

spitoon
I'm not familiar with the 6100 card, but I run it on a 1.4GHz Celeron and an old GeForce Ti4200, most settings on high, so you should have more than enough horsepower to run it. It's just going to be a matter of finding the 'sweet spot' for the game on your particular set up. Keep messing with settings and you should be able to get there.
