Kopelmaa
I posted this question in a different thread, but it kind of hijacked the main point of that thread, so I'll ask it here: MVP 2005 worked fine in Owner's Mode with Patch #3, but once I installed Patch #5, it started crashing as games began. Anyone else have this problem? Is it common? What's the solution? shugknight
only install patch 3? That should solve ur problem. Patch 5 isnt anything but Patch 3 with a roster update. aukevin
I thought I remember hearing somewhere that the default rosters delivered with patch 5 where messed up. All the slots weren't filled correctly on some minor league teams. If what I heard was right, you need to go into the roster management and fixed those issues before starting owner mode by just signing some free agents or something. Like I said, I kind of remember something along those lines. I couldn't have just dreamed it up though I guess... snepp
I believe it's a corrupt managers.dat file that is causing the problem. Replacing this file with the original off the CD, or by using a downloaded roster that replaces it will take care of the issue.
