mcer1
i am trying to find a way to move the pitch meter away from right over the pitchers head. I would like to move it higher to get away from the pither's release point. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
big shmooz
There is a way. This info has been posted to the forums. You have to edit the location in the datafile. (exactly what lines to edit, I am not sure of, but this info has been posted in the forums)

mcer1
Thanks Trues. That is where I have been looking. I just cannot seem to make sense of it. I play with the view behing the catcher from a datafile created by Kumala tweaked by me. We play direct IP, so the default view has to be the one we like since it cannot be changed online. I want to move the meter higher or somewhere away from the release point. I believe the changes are made in the "ingame.big" file. I am not sure how to unpack it and repack it and all that stuff. You guys are a great help and I do not want to take up time if I am missing something simple, but I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Here is our view. ****See attachment
mcer1
I found BigGui in 2004 downloads. I unpacked ingame.big. Now how do I open fes.ingameoverlay.fel? And then do I just rebuild or import to close it out?
mcer1
I got it.....Thanks.....I tried everything and finally ran out of mistakes. I actually only changed PITCHMETER® and PITCHMETER(L). That did it. But I don't know where I need to change anything in the datafile, or even if I do at all. Please advise anyone.
adam31
I know there is a way to move the pitchmeter just by altering the datafile. I have used others datafiles and not touched the ingame.big and the meter moved. Can anyone narrow this down? I am on the PS2 version and if I tinker with the ingame.big file, it locks up.
