Basically in owner mode, after a game is finished and I chose quit, it kicks me to the desktop. I have played the first game about 5 times now, and thats the last straw, haha. jaycubus Posted April 30, 2006 Author Share Posted April 30, 2006 I have the SwinginSoriano's 2006 roster V2.2 I extracted the files and copied them to my mvp05 folder. The rosters are updated, just crashes at the end of the game. This is the only file I have downloaded and put into my game. Are there others I need? I am a computer tech, just need to know what I need to get this all working. Well to get this thread over with quickly, lets say I have just installed the game, installed my no cd crack (which I have to, I downloaded the game). What next? Any patches, fixes, anything else to install? I will use the UR Standard Edition roster update. Some quick instructions of how to get the game up and running without crashing at games end would be great, I am itching to get my Owner mode going. SwinginSoriano Posted April 30, 2006 Share Posted April 30, 2006 CD cracks are my fault... Anyway, if you use my roster with the extra cyberfaces without an enhanced models.big, you'll have problems. Now the rosters are clearly marked in standard and plus folders, if you didn't get a big schmooz models.big install the standard/EA version of the roster. Again, rosters are updated, but game kicks me to desktop after the game is finished. I can view the box score or go to quit game, and when I quit game it boots me to the desktop. I started an Owners Mode, I intervened in the 9th inning of the first game as I was not playing an entire game to find it still crashes. Sure enough, crashed when it was over. Any ideas? Strange, the infamous 'crash' usually happens on the 10th game (or is it 11 or 12?) and the game crashes before you can play. I have no idea because I never ran into a crash.
