J_dot
I'm looking for a way to have the singles speed slowed down a little bit. I've had some singles that reach all the way to the walls. I also had a single go to the left field wall and wrap around the walls and finally stoping in center field. Is there any way to change this with out having additional changes with other mods. I'm sorry if this has been discussed before on the fourms if anyone can help thanks for your time..
JoeRudi26
Not sure if you can 'slow the ball down', but a possible solution would be to speed up the outfielders. Sounds like they're not closing the gaps quick enough.
scotty2hotty
Field friction is the "problem" and I don't think they can do anything about it. I asked MD to try it for his next datafile, he said it was possible, but there are so many things that it would affect so it could ruin an already good datafile. That's all I know on the subject... big shmooz
The speed can & HAS been slowed down for ground balls hit. The datafile I uploaded here has this dealt with. So does Kumala's datafile. One thing, if you use my datafile, make sure to slow your infielders down with the sliders to - 42. Otherwise they will get to almost every ground ball.
