I didn't use the .ord and .orl files, I figured it would just leave the face a little mis-aligned. Probably should try that. I forgot. the .bmp image in the generic is for faces sized 128x128. I can't remember if that is what is wrong with your face also. I bet your ord and orl files are for faces128x256 or 256x512 or whatever. Just a random thought that hit me. Yeah, I resized it, imported the .ord and .orl files and it was still green, so I gave up on it. Usually wouldn't so quickly, but the photo wasn't great anyway. Not worth the time, really.
