I miss my MVP!!!!!

:wall: I have been playing MVP 2005 since its release, and I gotta admit......I never got fed up of it. This week I started a new dynasty, and I started getting some serious computer crashes and stuff. I just couldn't play a single game. I thought it might be the files I've been installing such as walkup music, gloves etc, so, I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled the files that I liked. Problem got worse, so I started deleting background programs (I even uninstalled my antivirus). But the crashes where still there. I got so fed up, that I uninstalled the game again, and just tried a game with the original and default files (from CD) and guess what.......another crash.

I seriously miss MVP Baseball now, so somebody please help me before I throw away my computer.

PS - any help should increase my recent sleeping hours. Thank you

I would restore the computer to the day you last experienced clean gameplay. Then i would uninstall the game delete the folders that remain in the MVP Baseball folder and in the my documents folder. Get rid of all the traces of the game. Then reinstall. See if the game plays correctly. Then add the mods back in.

Actually forgot about the MVP file in My Documents. Do you think that I should also uninstall MVPEdit?

No reason to remove MVP Edit.

Thanks for the help Pirate. I have completely removed all files and folders that have to do with MVP, and re-installed it. Works perfect now. Now I can sleep tonight.
