skte1ement Posted May 7, 2006 Share Posted May 7, 2006 i think this might be part of the free agency mod if you have that downloaded. it does increase contract demands but on the default game files free agents do not demand enough money. the problem seems to root from the games design where free agents money demanded is based solely upon their previous contract and not their perforomance. ishotlove Posted May 8, 2006 Author Share Posted May 8, 2006 ok, i found it. i extracted contracts.csv from the progress.big file. it maps how much each player asks for, taking their age and star power into consideration just like the resign.csv file. but i don't think the contracts.csv file needs the tweaking, the roster itself does. a lot of players definitely get too much star power than they should which is y they ask for the high salaries and roles.
