sdoyle7798 Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 So I was playing against the Cubs last night, and in the 6th, Encarnacion grounds deep to short, and the throw beats him to first, but he is called safe on what shoulda been the third out as the ump said Lee came off the bag (which he clearly did not). I assumed it was a missed call, and since Dusty had been ejected earlier, the computer could not protest it. Pujols promptly hit a two out two run homer a few pitches later. Then Rolen grounds to second and again the ump said Lee came off the bag when he didn't. For the next two innings this happened on EVERY throw to first. Sometines Lee tagged the guy, but other times the runner was called safe. I rectified it by having the runner that shouda been out try and steal second with no lead. By the 9th, the game was back to normal. So was this a one time glitch, or has anyone else had this happen to them. However, since I have uploaded the 06 stuff, my game has been stuttering quite frequently and freezes at times, which did not happen before the 06 stuff. My game settings are 800x600x32 w/ vsync on. Yeah, when the baseball season ended, and with my move at the New Year, I hadn't been playing the game as much, so I rarely visited. Since restarting was not possible i had to substitute my 1st baseman then the game went back to normal.
