wikitundra
I am digging around all over the forums looking for datafile entries to increase outfielder ranges. It seems outfielders stop a little short letting fly balls drop. Maybe it is aggressiveness that needs to be increased. I am also looking for a datafile entry that would ensure the 1st baseman doesn't let the ball go through into right field. I will continuing searching but would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance...
UncleMo
Problem with me as well. Would it be more helpful to draft a rookie that has a high rating in range that plays first base instead? Just wondering. I'm big into defensive ratings for players.
GoldGlove
I think it depends on the outfielder's speed and fielding ratings. I am not sure, what you exactly mean concerning the 1st baseman, I mean he can't get every ball.
UncleMo
He runs back and then quits. He quits on the ball.
GoldGlove
He runs back and then quits. He quits on the ball. Ah, now I know what you're talking about, but I don't have a solution!
wikitundra
I found this entry in the datafile spreadsheet: 19 CPUFielderCatchAccuracy 19 1.0000 19 1.0000 19 1.0000 Would increasing or lowering this improved fielding? Thanks...
