Just for the sake of setting a limit, let's say 27 is as old as they can be and still be considered "young." Here is my dream team: 1B - Albert Pujols, Cardinals (26yrs old) 2B - Luis A. Gonzalez, Rockies (25yrs old) 3B - Miguel Cabrera, Marlins (22yrs old) SS - Rafael Furcal, Dodgers (26yrs old) LF - Carl Crawford, Devil Rays (23yrs old) CF - Rocco Baldelli, Devil Rays (23yrs old) RF - Wily Mo Pena, Reds (23yrs old) C - Victor Martinez, Indians (26yrs old) OR Yadier Molina, Cardinals (23yrs old) And as for some starting pitchers: SP - Carlos Zambrano, Cubs (24yrs old); Barry Zito, Athletics (27yrs old), and Dontrelle Willis, Marlins (25yrs old). I just thought it'd be interesting to discuss this idea. Thanks! Bedard and Cabrera both have excellent potential , and Halsey has a 1-1 record and 2-ish ERA now.
