What do you guys use to take screen shots?

I know about the print key, but then you can only take one at a time. And I have fraps but even when I am not recording video, it seems to slow my game down a little bit. So what are some other ways you guys take screen shots? Like the nice ones from a dynasty?

Well, give Howie his screen capture program back and maybe try Fraps because that seems to work very good and it also seems to be the program of choice around here. :lol:

Tried Fraps, but it did slow my game down just a tad, even when not doing anything. I only use it for video recording, and that's rare.

and IMO Taksi is a better video capture prog

When I use Howies it like cuts off parts of my picture. Like I have Travis Hafner hitting a HR and I took a SS of the replay and it cut off his helmet, bat, and part of his leg. It just isnt there.....what the heck?

No idea. Try contacting Howie, he might be able to help. He's got better support than some corporate organisations I could name. :)

I also use Gamecam, it works great.

and why would you do that when the utilities mentioned allow you to save a succession of screen shots without having to exit the game? :roll:

I use print screen but I set xfire to take screenshots so whenever I press printscreen Xfire usually remembers all the pictures I take and puts them in a list for me when I get out of game. It's very convenient. :D

i just like keeping it simple, i dont feel like downloading all kinds of things for something like screenshots. plus, when i do my game write ups, i make them up as i go, as far as posting my screens.

Yea I just snap random shots of diving plays, HR's, scoring plays, steals, double plays, and other nice looking stuff. Then I pick out 2 of the nicest looking shots to use in my recaps.

I have a cracked version of it (so I dont have to pay) and you can also record video however long of games you are playing.
