VaSoxFan38 Posted May 18, 2006 Share Posted May 18, 2006 Hey guys, First, thanks so much for making the 06 beta version, its great, its fantastic and really up to date (exactly what i needed). That being said, after the game finishes (like right after the players separate a victory or sulk after a loss), the game shuts my computer down. Just shuts it off. Now at first i thought that this was because i was running it from my external harddrive but when i installed it on my actual HD it still crashed. Then i realized that it might be the models.big file so i swapped out the one i got in the beta version for the one on the mvp 2005 cd and now instead of allowing me to play a game, it won't even load up. Can anyone help me fix this? Should I wait for the final version of '06 to be released (when will that be?) Thanks, i would really appreciate any help anyone can offer. snepp Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 When you say clean does that mean you uninstalled the game, deleted the install directory, then reinstalled the game and patch 3? No mods at all, not even the 06 Beta? Just the original off of CD game installation.
