Rangers organization is very pleased with the deal. Getting 2 speedy players and an all star in the making in Crawford.

That was a big steal for you. I can't believe the CPU accepted that.

Tell me about it lol. I needed an outfielder and some speed.

Possbly, but I think I had one better. I once traded Barry Bonds in his third year of the dynasty for Gomes, Cantu, and Baldelli! I think it is clear, Tampa Bay is the best team to trade with!

heh, are you sure you had fair trades on? ;) That's one heck of a steal. In my current Dodgers dynaty I traded Ricky Ledee straight up for Joey Gathright which isn't fair, so maybe EA forgot to give TB any logical thinking ability.

Frisco Roughriders (AA)

Send down RHP Nick Masset, And RHP Chris Baker to Bakersfield (A). Call up LHP John W Danks and RHP Thomas Diamond.

Sign RP Felix Heredia

----------------------------------

Heredia is not the best reliever available but it gives the rangers bullpen another southpaw and he has a pretty nasty slurve. And I think its best to get my 2 future aces in double AA right off the bat.

Im going to throw Laynce Nix in there. My outfield should be fine I have some good depth. Crawford, Nix, Matthews Jr, Mench ill go with for now.

Hehe heres something funny to chew on. I just looked up the league leaders after the game and Erubiel Durazo whom I traded went 2 For 5, 2 HRs, 4 RBI's in his first game lol.

Both pitchers were cruising along in the first half of the game, Robertson working the count forcing alot of ground balls, Benoit striking out batters and had a perfect game going into the 5th when he walked a batter then Texiera made an error on a throw from Young. But Benoit was able to get out of the 5th inning with out giving up any runs. Bottom 5th Mench & Blalock both hit singles and DeRosa swinging a hot bat smokes a Home run to left field scoring 3. Then in the 8th Benoit gets in a Jam and gives up a 2 Run blast to Guillen and in the Bottom of the inning Michael Young hit a solo HR to make it 4-2. Otsuka closes out the game as usual in the 9th.

Game Notes:

Ivan Rodriguez went 0 for 4 and struckout twice. Carl Crawford got caught trying to steal 2nd making him 0 for 2 in stealing attempts this year.
